Students will participate in activities ranging from mentorships, paid internships, worksite visits, and workplace experiences, all aimed at providing students with the tools required to either continue their education at a four-year postsecondary school or enter entry-level careers in healthcare, advanced manufacturing, IT and other competitive fields.
Spanish and Mandarin Chinese are taught to provide an understanding of other cultures and a global education. With the right preparation, many of today's students will work for companies that operate and compete in a global marketplace; some may even have opportunities to work overseas themselves. We also recognize that our lives are enriched, and we are better prepared to participate in our democracy by learning more about the diverse cultures found in our own communities.
PTAA Greenville offers all our scholars the opportunity to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities. These programs are designed to stimulate, inspire, and allow scholars the opportunity to explore and express themselves in their own unique ways.
